Terms of Service

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Buzlin Holdings Inc. ("Buzlin", "we", "us", or "our"). They govern your use of all Buzlin services, including:

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information
• Not have previously had your account terminated for violating our Terms

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Buzlin grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our services for your personal or internal business purposes.

When creating and maintaining an account with Buzlin, you agree to:

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of all product listings
• You must fulfill orders promptly within the stated processing times and keep inventory current
• You agree to our commission structure and payout schedule, subject to change with 30 days' notice
• You must comply with all applicable consumer protection, product safety, and tax laws
• You may not list counterfeit, prohibited, or restricted items on our platform
• Buzlin may remove listings, suspend accounts, or withhold payouts for policy violations

• Use Buzlin POS only on devices and in locations you are authorized to operate a business
• Ensure pricing, tax, and inventory information entered into the system is accurate and current
• Be responsible for reconciling in-person transactions processed through Buzlin POS with your own records
• Comply with applicable payment card industry (PCI) standards where you handle card-present transactions
• Accept that Buzlin POS transaction and processing fees follow the same commission structure described in Marketplace Terms, unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Not use Buzlin POS to process transactions unrelated to legitimate sale of goods or services

All content, features, and functionality on our platforms — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof — are owned by Buzlin Holdings Inc. or its licensors and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Buzlin, BuzRyde, BuzCall AI, and ArtisticBuz names and logos are trademarks of Buzlin Holdings Inc. You may not use these marks without prior written permission. User-generated content you submit to our platforms remains your property, but you grant Buzlin a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Buzlin Holdings Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Buzlin in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) CAD $100.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. You may close your account through the account settings in our apps or by contacting support.

Buzlin reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to our services, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have:

• Violated any provision of these Terms
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal behaviour
• Created safety risks to other users, drivers, or third parties
• Provided false or misleading information
• Taken actions that damage Buzlin's reputation or business

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall do so.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, in accordance with the Arbitration Act (Alberta). Class action proceedings are expressly waived.

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that does not permit arbitration clauses or class action waivers, the above provisions may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights under local law.

Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue using our services. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
